'Cafe Agape'
The church lounge is open between 3.30pm and 5.00pm every Tuesday for the young dancers from Emma Clare's Dancing School who meet in the church hall. They can get changed and their siblings, parents and carers can stay in a cosy environment to relax, chat, read, play and have some refreshments whilst waiting.
Volunteers to help run the cafe are welcome. For more information please contact Julie Graham on 01433 651566.

Young People's Drop-in
Every Wednesday evening in term time our old organ room is open for the young people of the village to drop in and have a chat and a drink in a secure environment. This is a partnership between the Methodist Church and the Hope Valley Youth Worker's Association and is staffed by two youth workers and volunteers.

Prayer Meeting and Open Door
Every Thursday morning, 9.00am Prayer Meeting in the church then 10.00 till 12 noon, the 'Open Door' in the church lounge invites all to have a coffee and a friendly chat.  At this time the chapel is open for private prayer and a pause in the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

Friday Social Group
Formerly the Thursday Group - meets on the first Friday in the month at various venues either at lunchtime or in the afternoon.  If you would like to join us, or for more details, contact Pat Chatburn, 01433 651694.

Food and Fellowship
Please join us us for delicious soup and rolls followed by a sweet little something. After which we enjoy some informal 'Bible Exploration' (no experience needed, just a thirst to find out more about the Bible) and hopefully gain some insight into how we can put Christ's teaching into practice in our lives today.

Cameo Cafe
Our aim is to enable carers of people who are living with Dementia in Hathersage, to bring their loved ones, and enjoy a break, while the Cameo Friends engage with our ‘Voluntary Helpers’ in various activities suitable to each persons capabilities and needs.
This could be just having a chat and a drink, or a walk down memory lane with photos, or music, or a game of dominoes etc, or perhaps indoor bowls. It will all be centred on the needs of people who attend.
If you would like more information about the Cameo Café please call Julie Graham 01433 651566 or Pam Cripps 01433 650549.

Sunday Night at the Manse
Praise and worship, sharing and encouragement, bible study and prayer. Further details from Rev Richard and Amanda, tel. 01433 650305.
